Fukan Onyu

During the period, indoor bath and lie-down bath is around 36°C, temperature close to body temperature. This type of bath is called "Fukan Onyu".

Fukan Onyu	The temperature range of a bath which feels neither hot nor cold is called "Fukan(neutral) temperature zone." Fukan bathing in water at body temperature is said to have almost no effect on pulse rate, blood pressure, and breathing. The time of bathing in Fukan bath is ordinarily between 30 minutes to 2 hours. There are calming adaptations, this bath can have benefits for bathers suffering from conditions such as high blood pressure or insomnia. We hope you will take this opportunity to enjoy this special bath.
